FAQ
WHERE ARE YOU BASED AND DO YOU TRAVEL?
We are located in Los Angeles and serve the Southern California area. All travel within 25 miles of Pasadena, CA, is included in the cost of your session. We're happy to travel to wherever you need us!
can we set up a consultation or phone call before booking?
Absolutely! Our goal is to make sure we are the right fit for you and that we understand the intended vision for your photoshoot. We are happy to schedule a complementary 30 minute phone consultation ahead of final booking.
when will we get our photos?
You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos between 1-3 weeks (dependent on the time of year) after your session. You can download the photos, share them, choose your favorites, and order prints.
how many pictures will we receive?
Half sessions will receive a minimum of 25 images to choose from; Full sessions will receive a minimum of 100. Clients who book us for longer events should anticipate the number of images to be between 200-500 images.
do you edit the photos?
Yes! But only to achieve the proper color and light corrections that make your images shine. We will remove pimples or stray hairs here or there, but we will not make major alterations to one's body or appearance. We want your images to represent you just as you are!
